For 20 years, Michael has been actively involved in both the corporate and startup environment. Mike has applied skills in marketing, product management and business strategy across a range of industries from carbon-based nanotechnology to fiber optic products . Mike applies his professional skills at Yuanfen~Flow to help develop a collaborative environment for incubated companies.
Russell Haines | Director of Design
Russell has been responsible for multiple brand and product designs, where end to end solutions have shaped clients visual brand &business objectives.Russell contributed to designs which won the prestigious German Based Red Dot Award,Russell was the Senior Industrial Designer at Lenovo Group creating the design direction for the consumer PC product lines.
Wang Tao | Logistics and Business Development
Wang Tao embraces challenges. After eight years working as a senior computer engineer for Dell, he has entered Yuanfen~Flow to explore his potential. His training at Dell with an emphasis on service and creating a great customer experience is a huge benefit to Yuanfen~Flow. Wang Tao loves traveling and has backpacked around Italy, Portugal, Germany, The Netherlands, Denmark and Norway.
Raymond Goh
Raymond Goh is on a year-long internship from National Singapore University.His experience as a soldier and student enables him to think on his feet, work effectively and adapt to different working styles. Raymond says, “Besides an interest in business, I pride myself on not being afraid of taking risks and trying new things. I subscribe to the mantra that “Life is all about experiences.”

Eugenio Pugliese is an intern from Bocconi University of Milan. He is completing his MSc in Finance and has done academic exchange student experiences in India and South Korea and working experiences at Raiffaisen Bank Internernational and in the retail industry. An intrepid traveller, Eugenio is curious and interested in beijings emerging start up world.
Niko de La Faye, aka Dr. Niko
Niko de La Faye is a French visual artist. He creates photos, kinetic sculptures, costumes and dresses. Niko contributes his artistic vision to the Yuanfen~Flow project.
