Strengths: Media;

Kenny has 35 years of international media experience, 23 of them in China where he is a well-known industry pioneer.  The China phase of Mr. Bloom’s career began in early 1988 when he created a JV with China Film (at the time, the largest media company in China) to create the first international record company in China.  The Company, with the Warner Music global library in hand, later adding BMG, as well as local artists including rock legend Cui Jian, quickly grew into a diversified media company producing nationally syndicated TV and radio shows as well as live events. One of Mr. Bloom’s most notable accomplishments was co-producing “Super Girl”, what would become the #1 TV show in China, with Hunan Satellite TV thus establishing them as the nation’s most popular broadcaster.

In 2007, Mr. Bloom founded VisiTek Holdings Ltd. The Company creates and manages branded Mandarin language video platforms for the China market. The Company produces and owns the copyrights underlying most of the video content on its platforms and, with 8,000 videos in its library, is one of the largest producers of Mandarin language online video content.  VisiTek has three branded video platforms already online; they include (i) MOGO, China’s most popular online music video/youth lifestyle platform, (ii) METRO, a lifestyle platform targeting white collar urbanites and (iii) APSN sports; featuring daily live games, news, stats and video archives from English Premier League, Bundesliga, Brazil League and Major League Baseball.
