Josef is the Chairman of the board of China News Consultancy Group, JC Public Relations & Development Ltd. and the Co-Chairman of the Board for 6th Sense Technology & Cultural Exchange Ltd.
Josef completed both his undergraduate and post-graduate studies in the Royal Northern College of Music in United Kingdom. He then lived and performed in several places such as Amsterdam, Vienna and Oslo, Europe, America and Asia. He was the Commissioned Composer for the United Nations “Global Environment Facilities” and the Beijing 2008 Bid Committee. He was also the Artistic Director if China National Space Administration “Space Culture of China”, Time-Warner “Beijing 2005 Fortune Global Forum”, China Space Culture Board and United Nations “Silk Road Initiative”.
Josef founded the Chinese Virtuosi and was the co-founder of City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong. He has received several international recognitions for his contribution to the musical arena which include the “Meet the Composer – International Creative Collaboration Award” and the “World Outstanding Chinese Award”.
