STEP ONE: GETTING TO THE 798 WEST GATE ENTRANCE
OPTION A: From the Airport Expressway, take the Jiuxianqiao/Dashanzi Exit
从市区向北沿机场高速，出“酒仙桥/大山子”出口
1.
A.If you were heading NORTH on the Airport Expressway, coming off the exit, at the traffic light, turn RIGHT on Jiuxianqiao Road.
B.If you were heading SOUTH on the Airport Expressway, coming off the exit, at the traffic light, turn LEFT on Jiuxianqiao Road.
驶出出口之后，红绿灯右转驶入酒仙桥路。
2.The next traffic light is at the intersection of Jiuxianqiao Road and Wan Hong Road – Star City shopping complex is on the far left corner. From the far left lane, make a “U” turn. After you do, ahead of you, you’ll see two pedestrian fly overs. In between the two, on your right is the West Gate entrance to 798 (Jiuxianqiao Road #4). Enter the West Gate (mandarin: xi1 men2).

OPTION B: From 3rd ring northeast, take the XiaoYunLu exit and go northeast, toward 4th ring road.
走东三环北路，出“霄云路”出口，向东北方向朝着四环行驶。
1.Once you pass under 4th ring road (or if you have exited from 4th ring), you will go past the Lido area. The name of the street will change at that point to Wan Hong Road.
从四环路下驶出之后（或者你从四环路驶出），穿过丽都饭店区域。街道名将变为万红街。
2.When you get to a traffic light with Jiuxianqiao road, you will turn left. After you do, ahead of you, you’ll see two pedestrian fly overs. In between the two, on your right is the West Gate entrance to 798 (Jiuxianqiao Road #4). Enter the West Gate (mandarin: xi1 men2).

STEP TWO: ONCE YOU HAVE ENTERED THE WEST GATE FOR 798, CONTINUE AS FOLLOWS:

1.You will be on 798 Road now, proceed straight for 700 meters (mandarin: qi1 bai2 mi3) (you’ll pass the UCCA Art Gallery on your right, as well as a modern sculpture of a giant red cage with red dinosaurs in it).
你现在正行驶在798路上，直行700米（右侧你会经过尤伦斯艺术中心，以及一个现代雕塑，巨大的红色笼子里有几只红色的恐龙）。
2.This will take you to the intersection of 798 Road and Seven Stars East Street (mandarin: qi1 xing1 dong1 jie1). On your right will be the AT Cafe and an open area with a big sculpture of a chrome plated crucified Jesus, and a huge bronze naked fat man. At the corner, turn right (you2 zhuan3) on Seven Stars East Street.

3.About 40 meters down on your right you’ll see a white sail-like cloth structure sticking out. That’s the Yuanfen New Media Art Space. It has glass doors with distinctive wooden handles and is in between the CAVE Cafe and Tianxiayan (天下盐）Sichuan restaurant. If the door is locked, to the left of the door is a small white box. Open it and ring the bell.
