Diana Tsang

Diana is the Director of Operations at Shanghai Wharf Investment & Management Company who is responsible for managing company’s commercial properties which the company develops, leases and operates. She also serves as the Executive Director for Han Design where she overseas financial planning, budget controlling and marketing/client services. Prior to joining Wharf, Diana worked in the United States for about 20 years at several companies including The Peninsula Beverly Hills (Hotel), Tigon International (Real Estate Development Company), Good Nite Inn Management Inc., Metro Transportation Authority and HTBD Realty.

Diana sought a bachelor degree in finance and graduated with honour from Cal State Northridge in 1994. After a short period of time working in New York Wall Street with a banking firm, she decided to pursue her career in real estate’s industry. Diana attended UCLA taking courses in Construction Management and Facility Management, and then completed her EMBA program with Fudan University after she moved back to her hometown 5 years ago.

As a bilingual, bi-cultural passionate business woman, Diana was able to utilize her sophisticated marketing and management skills and successfully accomplished several projects in China. Being a native Shanghainese as well as an American citizen, she believes that she carries a mission to bridge the Western and China’s world in development of growing economy, trading and mutual beneficial business joint ventures. She is determined to make her contribution in assisting and promoting Yuanfen~Flow community.
