Alex is an entrepreneur with 12 years of operational and management expertise in Internet, new media and traditional industries spanning the United States and China. Since 2003 Alex has been living and working in China and has founded several companies including NameRich.cn, China’s leading domain name investment and value added services platform and recently, CoreSports Nutrition, a China-based sports supplements company providing the best quality and highest performance products to national and provincial sports teams and retail outlets.

Prior to Beijing, Alex was the VIP Account Manager for ABC Radio Networks of First Media Works, now a division of MediaSpan. He spearheaded the development of radio station website and pioneered online advertising models for radio stations.

With 7 years of “on the ground” experience in China, Alex has developed an extensive global network of companies, business executives, government agencies and capital resources. He is frequently interviewed and speaks on a range of China business and Internet related topics and was featured in the acclaimed DVD series “On the Frontlines: Doing Business in China.” Alex is also a guest speaker on regular online radio shows like “ListenUp Asia” and “The Ten Golden Rules.”

Alex is also the founder of Alex Lee Enterprise/AnthroVentures. Alex Lee Enterprise and AnthroVentures provide consulting and investment services to US and Chinese technology and media companies. Past clients and portfolio companies include Mimix Broadband Inc., NeuStar (NYSE – NSR) and Archon Media Asia.
